The allegation, detailed in the book released in October 2025, recounts a traumatic encounter on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands around 2002. Giuffre writes that Epstein instructed her to have sex with the man, who allegedly subjected her to a savage assault involving repeated choking that left her fearing for her life. She describes being left bloodied and beaten, an experience so brutal that it reportedly marked a turning point in her realization of the depths of exploitation within Epstein’s trafficking network.
Giuffre notes that she had previously referred to the individual in legal filings simply as a “well-known Prime Minister” to protect the identity while documenting the abuse. In the U.S. edition of the memoir, the description remains as a sitting or prominent prime minister, while the UK version reportedly uses the phrase “former minister,” though the core details of the violent assault are consistent across editions.
The account portrays Epstein’s cold response when she begged him not to send her back: he allegedly dismissed the brutality as “just part of the job,” further shattering any remaining illusions she held about her situation.
