The latest batch of documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice under the 2025 Epstein Files Transparency Act has brought renewed attention to former President Bill Clinton’s associations with Jeffrey Epstein. Among the thousands of pages and hundreds of images made public in December 2025, several undated photographs depict Clinton in relaxed settings aboard Epstein’s private Boeing 727 jet, infamously nicknamed the “Lolita Express” due to its alleged role in transporting underage girls.

In one image, Clinton appears smiling and seated comfortably inside the aircraft’s luxurious cabin, surrounded by redacted figures—likely to protect victim identities as required by the transparency law. Another shows him reclining during a flight, with Ghislaine Maxwell visible nearby. These photos, sourced from Epstein’s personal collection seized during federal raids, align with previously known flight logs documenting Clinton’s multiple trips on the jet between 2002 and 2003, often linked to Clinton Foundation humanitarian work in Africa and Asia.
While the releases include no photographs placing Clinton on Epstein’s private Caribbean island, Little St. James—consistent with longstanding denials from his office and statements from Maxwell—the jet images underscore the depth of their social ties. Clinton has acknowledged taking four trips comprising numerous flights on the plane but maintains he cut contact with Epstein years before the financier’s 2008 conviction and knew nothing of his crimes.
The DOJ’s initial tranche, posted to the “Epstein Library” website on December 19, features Clinton prominently alongside other celebrities like Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson. Many accompanying faces are blacked out, prompting criticism over redactions. White House officials highlighted the Clinton images, while his spokesperson accused the administration of selective emphasis to deflect scrutiny.
No new allegations of wrongdoing against Clinton emerge from these files, which largely recycle known associations. However, the visual evidence reignites debate over Epstein’s access to power. With over one million additional documents discovered and pending review into 2026, survivors and lawmakers demand fuller disclosure. The scandal continues to highlight how Epstein leveraged elite connections, even as official reviews find no evidence of criminal complicity by figures like Clinton.
