The fabricated clip, amassing over 8 million views, depicted Winfrey on a supposed The View segment, voice cloned with eerie precision: “Pam Bondi, you protected predators—now I’m funding the truth Virginia died for.” A graphic flashed $40 million to Giuffre’s SOAR foundation. Shared by pages like “World Animals Daily” and “Life Stories Hub,” it evoked outrage and hope amid Epstein Files Transparency Act disclosures.
Fact-checkers—Snopes, Lead Stories, and Factually.co—debunked it on November 30, tracing origins to “Viet Spam” networks notorious for emotional bait. The video used ElevenLabs voice synthesis and Runway ML visuals, splicing Winfrey’s face onto an actress with mismatched lighting. No The View episode matched; Winfrey’s team called it “disgusting exploitation” of Giuffre, who died by suicide April 25, 2025.
