Marina Lacerda’s Fury: Epstein’s Youngest Known Survivor Demands Justice Amid Redacted File Outrage

The world froze in stunned silence as Marina Lacerda, Jeffrey Epstein’s youngest publicly identified survivor—groomed and abused starting at age 14—emerged with raw fury in late 2025, condemning the U.S. Department of Justice’s heavily redacted Epstein file release as “a slap in our faces.”

Lacerda, a Brazilian immigrant who arrived in the U.S. as a child, was “Minor Victim-1” in Epstein’s 2019 federal indictment. Her testimony proved pivotal in charging the financier with sex trafficking months before his death. Recruited in 2002 for “massages” that escalated into years of abuse, she described Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse as a “revolving door” of underage girls, with the predator seeing up to ten victims daily.

Speaking publicly for the first time in September 2025 alongside lawmakers pushing the Epstein Files Transparency Act, Lacerda waived anonymity to demand full disclosure. “We need the Epstein files to be out,” she told ABC News, emphasizing healing for survivors and accountability for enablers.

When the DOJ began releasing documents in December 2025—thousands of pages, many heavily redacted or entirely blacked out—Lacerda’s outrage echoed victims’ widespread disappointment. In interviews with Sky News and others, she blasted the partial, censored trove as insulting, shielding powerful figures while denying closure. “Who are we protecting?” she asked, estimating over 1,000 victims based on DOJ data.

Lacerda also called for figures like Britain’s Prince Andrew to face U.S. questioning, insisting justice requires unfiltered truth. As delays mount—with over a million newly discovered documents cited—the survivor’s defiant voice underscores survivors’ resolve: no more cover-ups.
