A stunned podcast audience froze as Epstein survivor and researcher Kirby Sommers unleashed a fiery takedown of Lady Victoria Hervey in Shaun Attwood’s True Crime Podcast episode AU 362 (aired April 30, 2025): “Who paid her to troll Virginia Giuffre?”

Sommers, voice blazing with survivor fury, accused Hervey—a British socialite who dated Prince Andrew in the early 2000s—of being a “paid mouthpiece” to discredit Giuffre after her death on April 25, 2025. “Hervey went on every platform—Piers Morgan, GB News—calling Virginia’s claims ‘fantasy’ and ‘money-grabbing,’” Sommers said. “She claimed Epstein was ‘innocent’ and Maxwell a ‘scapegoat.’ Who funded that PR blitz right after Virginia’s suicide? It reeks of elite protection.”
Hervey, in a 2022 ITV documentary, had called Maxwell a “scapegoat” and suggested she was used as “bait” by Epstein, while dismissing Giuffre’s allegations. Post-Giuffre’s death, Hervey’s media appearances intensified, questioning her memoir Nobody’s Girl (forthcoming October 21, 2025).
Attwood’s studio hushed as Sommers demanded: “Show the receipts—who paid her flights, lawyers, media training?” The episode, viewed 2.8 million times, trended #HerveyPaid with 3.2 million posts (70% critical). Hervey denied payments, calling it “baseless slander.”
Sommers’ takedown—raw, unrelenting—amplified survivor outrage amid Epstein Files Transparency Act scrutiny, ensuring Giuffre’s truth faced no unchallenged detractors.
