She describes waking in blood, Epstein taking her to a private hospital where she was heavily sedated, and Epstein lying about her age to doctors. She speculated on a possible ectopic pregnancy removal or “mystery miscarriage,” noting an incision afterward, but no explicit “unexplained scar” discovery or organ harvesting claim appears.
The rumor, circulating in conspiracy circles, conflates her documented sedation, bleeding, and incision with unfounded theories of procedures like egg harvesting or organ removal—common Epstein myths lacking evidence from files, testimonies, or medical records.
