In newly unsealed court documents from the Jeffrey Epstein civil litigation, Virginia Giuffre has described being directed by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to have sexual encounters with two prominent billionaires: hedge-fund manager Glenn Dubin and retail magnate Les Wexner.

The Breakers Hotel Incident with Glenn Dubin
Giuffre alleges that while still a teenager working for Epstein, she was taken to the luxury Breakers hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, where she was instructed to provide sexual services to Glenn Dubin. According to her testimony, Dubin’s wife Eva Andersson-Dubin was in the same suite at the time, pregnant, and resting in an adjacent room. Giuffre has stated the encounter was coerced and non-consensual.
Glenn Dubin and Eva Andersson-Dubin have repeatedly and categorically denied these allegations. In public statements and court filings, they have called Giuffre’s claims “completely false” and “entirely fabricated.” Eva Andersson-Dubin has further stated she has no recollection of ever meeting Giuffre.
Multiple Encounters with Les Wexner
Giuffre also claims she was sent by Epstein to have sexual encounters with Les Wexner — founder of L Brands (Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works) — on several occasions. She describes being instructed to wear lingerie and perform sexual acts, alleging these meetings took place at Wexner’s properties in Ohio and New York.
Les Wexner has consistently denied ever meeting Giuffre or having any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities. Through spokespeople, Wexner has stated he severed all ties with Epstein in 2007 after becoming aware of an investigation into Epstein’s conduct. He has called Giuffre’s allegations regarding him “completely false.”
Context of the Allegations
Giuffre’s claims appear in multiple sworn depositions, her 2015 defamation lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell (settled in 2017), and her 2021 civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew (settled in 2022 without admission of liability). The allegations against Dubin and Wexner were included in documents unsealed in January 2024 as part of the Giuffre v. Maxwell case.
Both Dubin and Wexner have never been charged with any crime related to Epstein. Their names appear in Epstein’s flight logs, address book, and other records, indicating social and business proximity to Epstein over many years — a pattern shared by numerous high-profile individuals.
Ongoing Developments
Giuffre’s posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl (October 2025) reiterates and expands on these allegations, describing the emotional and psychological toll of being “passed around” to powerful men. The book has remained a #1 bestseller for months and has fueled renewed calls for full, unredacted disclosure of all Epstein-related files.
The allegations remain just that — allegations. No criminal charges have been filed against Dubin or Wexner in connection with Epstein’s crimes. Both men continue to deny any involvement in illegal activity.
The public record shows Epstein cultivated relationships with many wealthy and influential people. The extent to which those individuals knew of — or participated in — his criminal conduct remains one of the central unanswered questions of the case.
