The February 28, 2011, email from Prince Andrew to Jeffrey Epstein, revealed by The Mail on Sunday (October 12, 2025), in which he wrote, “I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it. Otherwise keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!” directly contradicts his 2019 BBC Newsnight claim of ceasing contact with Epstein after a December 2010 New York meeting (web:0, web:4). This discrepancy, coupled with Virginia Giuffre’s allegations in Nobody’s Girl (October 21, 2025), raises questions about Andrew’s credibility. What else might he be lying about?

First, Andrew’s denial of meeting Giuffre is suspect. He claimed in 2019, “I have no recollection of ever meeting her,” questioning the authenticity of a 2001 photo showing him with his arm around her (web:2). Yet, Giuffre’s ex-boyfriend, Anthony Figueroa, confirmed the photo’s legitimacy, recalling its development at a Florida Walgreens (web:10). A July 2011 Epstein email also validated the photo, undermining Andrew’s assertion it was doctored (web:13). Giuffre alleges three assaults by Andrew at age 17, details he disputes but settled for £12 million in 2022 (web:11).
Second, Andrew’s claim of minimal Epstein contact post-2006 is dubious. He stated he was not in touch after Epstein’s 2006 investigation until 2010 (web:0). However, emails show ongoing exchanges, including a March 2011 plea to Epstein to deny allegations: “I am NOT involved and… I knew and know NOTHING” (web:13). Reports also suggest Andrew hosted Epstein and Maxwell at Royal Lodge in 2006, post-arrest warrant (web:5).
Claims of George Strait targeting Pam Bondi are unverified (usamode24.com, November 21, 2025). Andrew’s pattern of denials, contradicted by emails and Giuffre’s memoir, suggests deception about his Epstein ties and Giuffre’s allegations, fueling public distrust, with 3.5 million X posts showing 70% support for accountability (AP News, September 4, 2025).
