In her posthumous memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published in October 2025, Virginia Giuffre vividly recounted being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, including three alleged sexual encounters with then-Prince Andrew in 2001 when she was 17. Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025 at age 41, maintained these acts were coerced, describing herself as trapped in Epstein’s web of exploitation amid his peak influence over powerful figures.

The first encounter allegedly occurred in March 2001 at Maxwell’s London townhouse. Giuffre wrote that after dining and dancing at Tramp nightclub—where the infamous photograph of Andrew with his arm around her waist was taken—Maxwell instructed her to “do for Andrew what you do for Jeffrey.” She described Andrew as “entitled,” believing sex with her was his “birthright.” The act involved a bath, foot attention, and intercourse lasting under half an hour. Epstein later paid her $15,000, praising her performance.

A month later, the second alleged assault took place at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse. Giuffre detailed feeling obligated, with no escape from the trafficking network that controlled her livelihood and safety.

The third, most disturbing, was on Epstein’s private island, Little Saint James, in what Giuffre called an “orgy.” She claimed it involved herself, Andrew, Epstein, and about eight other young girls who appeared underage and non-English speaking. Epstein reportedly laughed about their inability to communicate, calling them “easiest.”

Andrew has always vehemently denied any sexual contact, insisting he has “no recollection” of meeting Giuffre. He settled her 2021 civil lawsuit in 2022 without admitting liability, later stripped of royal titles in October 2025 amid renewed scrutiny. Giuffre’s accounts, corroborated by flight logs and the London photo, fueled demands for accountability, highlighting Epstein’s alleged grooming of vulnerable teens for elite associates. Her memoir stands as a final testament to survival and justice.
