In the chilling pages of her posthumous memoir, Virginia Giuffre recounts being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein to a well-known former prime minister who brutally raped and choked her until she lost consciousness on his private island.

Released in October 2025 as Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, the book—completed before Giuffre’s suicide in April at age 41—describes a 2002 encounter on Epstein’s U.S. Virgin Islands estate. Giuffre, then 18, alleges Epstein directed her to the politician, referred to only as the “Prime Minister” due to fears of retaliation. “He raped me more savagely than anyone had before,” she writes. “He repeatedly choked me until I lost consciousness and took pleasure in seeing me fear for my life. Horrifically, the Prime Minister laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop.”
Emerging bloodied from the assault, Giuffre begged Epstein not to send her back. He dismissed her pleas coldly: “You’ll get that sometimes.” Despite this, she claims a second encounter occurred aboard Epstein’s jet, the Lolita Express, though less violent.
Giuffre, recruited as a teenager from Mar-a-Lago, became Epstein’s most prominent accuser, aiding Maxwell’s conviction and settling with Prince Andrew. In legal filings, she previously accused former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak of rape—a claim he denied. The memoir withholds the name, citing safety concerns.
Published amid ongoing Epstein file releases, the revelations intensify scrutiny of elite networks. Giuffre’s ghostwriter notes she feared naming powerful abusers. Selling over a million copies, the book honors her fight while highlighting trafficking’s enduring trauma.
Her family calls the success bittersweet, emphasizing her legacy of empowering survivors.
