In her posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published in October 2025, Virginia Giuffre confronts one of the most soul-shattering memories from her years trapped in Jeffrey Epstein’s web of exploitation. She vividly recalls a depraved episode aboard Epstein’s private Boeing 727, infamously dubbed the “Lolita Express” for its role in ferrying young girls to powerful men.
Giuffre, groomed at 16 and trafficked across continents, describes flights on the jet as nightmares of coercion and abuse. On one particularly raw journey, she details a group sexual encounter that felt like a ritual of degradation—a calculated act where Epstein and his guests treated victims as objects for their pleasure. The cabin, meant for luxury, became a site of unrelenting violation, with girls passed around amid laughter and indifference from the elite passengers. Giuffre writes of dissociating, her mind fleeing her body as the “ritual” unfolded, the plane soaring high above any hope of escape. The truth, she says, emptied her soul, leaving a void filled only by survival instinct.
This account aligns with her earlier testimonies of constant orgies and trafficking, but in the memoir, the rawness is unflinching: the humming engines masking cries, the opulent interior contrasting the horror below. Epstein’s jet logged hundreds of flights carrying celebrities, politicians, and royals, yet Giuffre’s words expose the darkness hidden in those skies.
Even after escaping at 19, remarrying, and founding advocacy groups, these memories haunted her. Tragically, Giuffre took her own life in April 2025 at age 41, unable to bear the weight any longer. Yet her voice endures, a searing indictment of unchecked power. This revelation doesn’t just haunt—it demands accountability, proving that some truths, once spoken, devour the soul but illuminate the depravity of those who inflicted it.
