In the wake of Virginia Giuffre’s tragic suicide in April 2025, her brothers, Sky Roberts and Danny Wilson, have issued a renewed heartfelt plea for U.S. authorities to fully release the remaining Jeffrey Epstein documents. Speaking amid the controversial, heavily redacted disclosures by the Trump Justice Department in December 2025, the siblings insist that hidden evidence—particularly surveillance tapes seized by the FBI—holds the key to justice for survivors and confronting powerful predators who remain unpunished.

Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers, dedicated years to exposing his sex trafficking network before her death at age 41. Her family maintains she fought for transparency until the end, believing full disclosure would reveal the extent of elite complicity. “It’s very well known that Epstein had video cameras all over his homes,” Sky Roberts stated in October 2025. “We know the FBI collected tapes during raids—these could capture the crimes and identify those involved.”
The brothers’ call intensifies as the DOJ’s staggered releases, mandated by the Epstein Files Transparency Act, face backlash for erratic redactions and omissions. Survivors, including Giuffre’s family, joined statements in December decrying “extreme redactions with no explanation” and victim harm from inconsistent censoring. With over a million additional documents delaying complete disclosure into 2026, the siblings argue selective releases protect influential figures rather than victims.
“This is about human accountability, not politics,” the family has emphasized, echoing Virginia’s lifelong advocacy. They urge unredacted access to tapes and files, asserting these could finally name uncharged co-conspirators and provide closure. As public distrust grows over the process, Giuffre’s brothers vow to continue her fight: “We’re going to keep pushing until these monsters are exposed.”
Her legacy as a fierce survivor advocate endures, reminding the world that buried secrets enable impunity. Full transparency, they say, is the only path to confronting the predators who escaped justice.
