In a shocking new release just days ago, House Democrats unveiled dozens of previously unseen photographs from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate—images that include chilling quotes from Lolita scrawled across a woman’s body, redacted passports of young foreign women, and Epstein posing casually with figures like Noam Chomsky, Bill Gates, Woody Allen, and Steve Bannon.T

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a new batch of over 60 photographs from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on December 18, 2025, just one day before the Justice Department’s deadline for broader Epstein file disclosures. Drawn from a trove of more than 95,000 images subpoenaed from the estate, these undated and uncaptioned photos offer chilling glimpses into Epstein’s world of privilege and predation.

Among the most disturbing are close-ups of quotes from Vladimir Nabokov’s Lolita—a novel about a man’s sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl—scribbled in ink across a woman’s body, including her chest, neck, back, and foot. Other images show redacted foreign passports from countries like Russia, Ukraine, Morocco, and Lithuania, hinting at the international scope of Epstein’s alleged trafficking network. A screenshot of a late-night text thread discusses recruiting girls for $1,000 each, with one message reading: “I have a friend scout she sent me some girls today… Maybe someone will be good for J?”

The release also reinforces Epstein’s ties to powerful figures: photos depict him with linguist Noam Chomsky on a plane, filmmaker Woody Allen, tech mogul Sergey Brin at a billionaires’ dinner, and former Trump adviser Steve Bannon. Earlier batches included President Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and others—though none implicate wrongdoing.

Ranking member Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) stated the images were selected as a “representative sample” to illuminate Epstein’s “extremely disturbing activities.” He urged the DOJ to release its files immediately, warning of a potential cover-up. Republicans accused Democrats of “cherry-picking” to create false narratives.

Freshman Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA), who viewed the full trove, confirmed on CNN that unreleased photos show “people engaged in sexual acts,” potentially involving minors in “very suggestive, compromising positions.” Garcia described some as “very disturbing [of] women and their conditions.”

These revelations—separate from the DOJ’s ongoing releases—heighten pressure for full transparency. With over a million additional documents recently uncovered by the FBI, survivors and advocates demand answers: Who enabled Epstein? What more hides in the shadows?

As the Epstein Files Transparency Act’s effects unfold, these photographs serve as a stark reminder: power often shields depravity, but truth, however delayed, demands reckoning.
