Decades after their high-profile friendship captured in photos and flight logs, Trump’s deepest ties to Jeffrey Epstein are resurfacing in newly released files that few expected to see. The Department of Justice’s December 2025 batches, mandated by the Epstein Files Transparency Act, have unveiled detailed flight records showing President Trump aboard Epstein’s private jet at least eight times in the 1990s—far more than previously known.
A 2020 prosecutor’s email highlights these flights between 1993 and 1996, including four with Ghislaine Maxwell present. Passengers on some trips included Trump’s then-wife Marla Maples, children Eric and Tiffany, and, on one occasion, only Trump, Epstein, and a redacted 20-year-old woman. Routes were domestic, linking Palm Beach, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. These revelations build on long-publicized photos of Trump socializing with Epstein and Maxwell at Mar-a-Lago events.
Trump has consistently denied wrongdoing, stating he banned Epstein from his properties after learning of his behavior and was never on the island. No files accuse him of criminal acts related to Epstein’s trafficking. Yet, the releases include subpoenas to Mar-a-Lago and hundreds of Trump mentions, fueling scrutiny amid delays—the DOJ discovered over a million additional documents post-deadline, pushing reviews into 2026.
Critics, including bipartisan lawmakers, accuse Attorney General Pam Bondi of selective redactions and slow-rolling to shield elites. Victims’ advocates demand full unredacted disclosure for accountability.
