In a powerful call for accountability, the family of the late Virginia Giuffre has urged King Charles III to finally strip Prince Andrew of his remaining royal titles, insisting the monarchy cannot escape the “enduring stain” of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking network without decisive action.

Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025 at age 41, alleged in her posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl (published October 2025) that Andrew sexually assaulted her three times in 2001 when she was 17, portraying him as profoundly entitled and convinced intimacy with her was his “birthright.” Andrew settled her 2022 lawsuit with a multimillion-dollar payment—without admitting liability—and has always denied wrongdoing.

Her brother, Sky Roberts, and relatives have praised partial steps, such as Andrew relinquishing the Duke of York title in October 2025, but argue more is needed. “While it may not be enough… it’s still a lot more than what we’ve been given from our own government,” Roberts said, demanding the removal of Andrew’s prince title and HRH style to fully confront the scandal.

Pressure mounted after late 2025 revelations, including emails showing Andrew maintained Epstein contact longer than admitted and photos of him with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell at royal estates. Giuffre’s family views incomplete measures as protecting elites, declaring: “An ordinary American girl… brought down a British prince with her truth.” They vow to continue her fight until “the same accountability applies to all… connected to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Advocates and lawmakers echo the demand, warning the monarchy’s reputation suffers while Andrew retains privileges. As redacted Epstein files continue emerging, Giuffre’s loved ones insist stripping all titles is essential to honor survivors and erase the Epstein shadow from Buckingham Palace.

Though King Charles has initiated processes for further removals, the family maintains only full revocation—reducing Andrew to a private citizen—will suffice. Their demand underscores a broader reckoning: no title should shield complicity in one of history’s most infamous abuse networks.
