In Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published posthumously in October 2025, Virginia Giuffre delivers a devastating account of her exploitation by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Six months after her suicide at age 41 on April 25, 2025, the book—completed before her death—reveals harrowing details of abuse, including a brutal rape by an unnamed “well-known Prime Minister” on Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, in 2002.

Giuffre, then 18, describes being trafficked to the politician in a cabana. “He raped me more savagely than anyone had before,” she writes. The assault involved repeated choking until she lost consciousness, with the man deriving pleasure from her terror. “Horrifically, the Prime Minister laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop,” she recounts. Emerging bloodied from her mouth, vagina, and anus, Giuffre tearfully begged Epstein not to send her back. Epstein’s cold response: “You’ll get that sometimes.”
Despite her pleas, Epstein later arranged a second encounter aboard the Lolita Express jet, though less violent. Giuffre says the ordeal haunted her, marking a turning point that fueled her eventual escape from Epstein’s network. She withheld the man’s name, citing fear of retaliation—echoing prior court filings where she referenced a “well-known Prime Minister.” Speculation has linked this to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, whom she accused in earlier depositions of rape (vehemently denied by Barak). Flight logs confirm Barak visited the island and flew on Epstein’s plane.
The memoir indicts Epstein’s enablers, portraying a world where power shielded predators. Recruited at 16 from Mar-a-Lago, Giuffre endured years of trafficking, including allegations against Prince Andrew (settled in 2022). She founded advocacy groups, channeling pain into justice for survivors.
Giuffre’s ghostwriter, Amy Wallace, explained the anonymity stemmed from threats and safety concerns. The revelation has intensified calls for full Epstein file releases, amid congressional scrutiny and renewed focus on elite complicity.
Though unnamed, Giuffre’s words expose the savagery hidden behind influence. Her legacy endures: a warning that vulnerability invites predation, but truth can shatter silence—even from beyond the grave.
