In the wake of Virginia Giuffre’s heartbreaking suicide on April 25, 2025, at age 41, prominent lawyer David Boies—who long represented her in battles against Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew—has issued a powerful demand for the disgraced royal to finally come clean.

Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored shortly after her death, Boies urged Prince Andrew to take full responsibility and issue a direct, sincere confession and apology to Giuffre’s grieving family. “He needs to come clean,” Boies stated emphatically, emphasizing that Giuffre sought justice over revenge and that a meaningful acknowledgment now could honor her legacy amid profound family loss.
Giuffre, recruited as a teenager in 2000, alleged she was trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to powerful men, including three sexual encounters with Andrew—claims he has always denied. The pair settled out of court in 2022 for an undisclosed sum, with Andrew expressing regret for his Epstein association but no admission of liability.
Boies highlighted the devastating toll on Giuffre: years of denials, public scrutiny, and trauma that her family linked directly to her suicide. “She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” their statement read, noting the unbearable weight of unrelenting battles.
Other Epstein victims’ advocates, including Lisa Bloom, echoed calls for Andrew to apologize personally to the family, framing it as a moral imperative after Giuffre’s tragic end. Her posthumous memoir, Nobody’s Girl, further detailed alleged abuse, underscoring her pursuit of accountability.
As demands grow for full Epstein file releases and renewed scrutiny of elite ties, Boies’ plea intensifies pressure on Andrew—stripped of titles amid ongoing controversy—to confront the pain his denials inflicted on a woman who became a beacon for survivors.
