The Justice Department’s December 2025 releases of Jeffrey Epstein’s files, including grand jury transcripts and investigative notes, lay bare victims’ chilling testimonies of systematic grooming and exploitation. Over 25 girls, more than half underage, were identified in the 2007 Florida probe, lured with promises of $200 “massages” that escalated to sexual abuse. Epstein, with Ghislaine Maxwell’s aid, targeted vulnerable teens as young as 14, creating an “assembly line” of victims.

One 16-year-old recounted being recruited by a friend in 2004: after fondling, Epstein offered $200 per “pretty friend” brought, urging lies about ages under 18. She recruited 7-10 girls, explaining sexual expectations for extra pay, and received gifts like a vibrator for her 18th birthday and rented car. Another teen described a 45-minute massage turning coercive, with $100 extra for a sex act, paid $300 amid nude murals.
Maxwell groomed as a “cool older sister,” normalizing abuse: one victim wore a schoolgirl outfit to serve tea, only for Epstein to slap her buttocks and touch under her skirt, leaving her in tears. Victims were instructed to recruit “younger girls” for more money, with Epstein verifying IDs to ensure under 18, stating “you know what I like”—preferring “young petite underage.”
Associates like Jean-Luc Brunel supplied teens, facing rape and trafficking charges before his death. Maria Farmer reported in 1996 that Epstein stole nude photos of her siblings (12 and 16), labeled child pornography, yet authorities delayed action. These accounts expose a calculated web of predation, fueling demands for accountability amid redactions shielding elites
