In the posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published in October 2025, Virginia Giuffre recounts one of the most terrifying episodes of her trafficking ordeal: a savage rape by a “well-known prime minister” on Jeffrey Epstein’s secluded private island, Little St. James.

Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025 at age 41, describes the 2002 assault when she was 18. Directed by Epstein to escort the politician to a cabana, she quickly realized his intentions were violent. “He wanted violence,” she writes. The man allegedly choked her repeatedly until she lost consciousness, laughing as she begged for mercy and becoming more aroused by her terror.

“He raped me more savagely than anyone had before,” Giuffre reveals. “Horrifically, the Prime Minister laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop.” She emerged bloodied from her mouth, vagina, and anus, enduring days of pain where it hurt to breathe or swallow.

Devastated, Giuffre tearfully pleaded with Epstein on her knees for protection, but he dismissed her with chilling indifference: “You’ll get that sometimes.” Epstein later sent her back for a second encounter aboard the Lolita Express, which was less violent but left her in constant fear.

This brutality marked a turning point, shattering any remaining illusions and fueling her resolve to escape Epstein’s control. Giuffre anonymized the assailant, fearing he would “seek to hurt” her if named. However, prior court filings linked the description to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, whom she accused of sexual assault—an allegation he has categorically and repeatedly denied, insisting his Epstein ties were purely business-related.

Documented connections include Epstein funding a Barak-linked security firm and the politician visiting the island and flying on his jet. Yet Barak maintains no involvement in crimes.

Giuffre’s unflinching account, co-written with journalist Amy Wallace, exposes the isolated horrors of Epstein’s world, where power enabled extreme brutality. Though her voice was silenced, the memoir demands justice, highlighting how vulnerability was weaponized against survivors in elite shadows.
