Amid the latest tranche of Jeffrey Epstein documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice on December 23, 2025, an FBI intake report from October 2020 details a disturbing tip from an anonymous former limousine driver in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The driver claimed he transported Donald Trump to the airport in 1995, overhearing a phone conversation where Trump repeatedly mentioned “Jeffrey” and referenced “abusing some girl,” nearly prompting the driver to confront him.

According to the report, officers at the scene stated “there was no way it was a suicide,” yet the coroner ruled it as such. The driver speculated it was a cover-up involving Maxwell.

The DOJ has cautioned that these files include unverified tips and “untrue and sensationalist” claims submitted before the 2020 election, with no indication of follow-up investigation or corroboration. Trump has not been accused of wrongdoing in Epstein’s crimes, though flight logs confirm multiple trips on Epstein’s jet in the 1990s.
