Even in death, Virginia Giuffre’s voice refuses to be silenced. Her posthumous memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published in October 2025, delivers raw, unfiltered details about her alleged encounters with Prince Andrew—accusations that have haunted the British royal for years and contributed to his further isolation from public life.

Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025 at age 41, completed the book before her passing, co-writing it with journalist Amy Wallace. In it, she alleges three sexual encounters with Andrew, then 41, when she was 17 and trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The first, in March 2001 at Maxwell’s London home, followed a nightclub outing. Giuffre describes Andrew as “friendly enough but entitled—as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright.” She recounts him correctly guessing her age as 17, noting his daughters were slightly younger, while Maxwell quipped about “trading her in soon.”

The memoir details a second alleged encounter in New York and a third on Epstein’s private island, described as an “orgy” involving Epstein, Andrew, Giuffre, and approximately eight other young girls who “appeared to be under the age of 18” and “didn’t really speak English.” Giuffre feared she might “die a sex slave” in Epstein’s grip, framing these experiences as part of a broader pattern of exploitation.

These revelations build on Giuffre’s 2021 lawsuit, settled out of court in 2022 with an undisclosed sum—rumored in the millions—and Andrew’s donation to her victims’ charity. He has always denied wrongdoing, regretting only his Epstein association. Yet Giuffre’s book accuses his team of hiring “internet trolls” to harass her and evading legal service by hiding at Balmoral.

The memoir’s release intensified scrutiny: Andrew relinquished remaining titles, including Duke of York, amid renewed pressure. Leaked emails suggested he sought dirt on Giuffre, prompting police inquiries (later dropped). As redacted Epstein files surfaced in December 2025, Giuffre’s family vowed to “continue to fight,” declaring her words a victory.

Giuffre’s unfiltered truth—harrowing, explicit, and unflinching—exposes entitlement among the powerful. Though the Epstein storm has subsided, her echoes demand accountability, reminding us that survivors’ stories endure, challenging denials and reshaping legacies long after the headlines fade.
