Bradley Edwards, the relentless attorney who represented over 200 of Jeffrey Epstein’s survivors—including Virginia Giuffre—for more than a decade, has spent years battling the predator’s elite shield of lawyers, settlements, and silence. A former prosecutor turned victims’ rights crusader, Edwards became the unyielding force exposing Epstein’s trafficking empire, securing justice for those the system failed.

Edwards first crossed paths with Epstein in 2007, representing Courtney Wild, a 14-year-old victim whose abuse ignited the Florida investigation. Facing Epstein’s army of high-powered attorneys—including Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr—Edwards uncovered the infamous 2008 non-prosecution agreement, a sweetheart deal orchestrated by then-U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta that granted Epstein and co-conspirators immunity. Undeterred, Edwards filed a federal lawsuit in 2008 on behalf of Wild and other victims, arguing the deal violated their rights under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act. After 12 grueling years and multiple appeals, he won a landmark 2020 ruling declaring the agreement illegal.

His work with Giuffre began in 2014, helping her challenge Epstein’s secrecy and sue Maxwell for defamation in 2015—a case that unearthed damning evidence and settled in 2017. Edwards later represented her in the 2021 suit against Andrew, securing a $12 million settlement. “Virginia was my North Star,” Edwards told Vanity Fair in October 2025. “She taught me that truth isn’t negotiable.”

Beyond Giuffre, Edwards filed suits against JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank for enabling Epstein’s finances, netting $365 million in settlements by 2023. His memoir, Relentless Pursuit (2020), chronicles the fight, inspiring the 2020 Netflix series Surviving Jeffrey Epstein.

Today, Edwards continues advocating through his foundation, pushing for the Epstein Files Transparency Act’s full implementation. Amid Giuffre’s death and her memoir’s revelations, he vows: “The elite thought they could bury the truth. We dug it up.” His legacy? A blueprint for dismantling power’s protective veil, one survivor at a time.
