Alan Dershowitz, Jeffrey Epstein’s former lawyer, appeared on The Spectator’s Americano podcast on November 13, 2025, discussing the newly released 20,000 Epstein emails and stating there is “much more” material still sealed by judges that could reveal additional details about Epstein’s network.
Dershowitz, reacting to the House Oversight Committee’s November 13 release, told host Freddy Gray: “There’s far more remains hidden.” He argued key depositions and records remain sealed by three New York federal judges, containing information more relevant than the emails or grand jury transcripts. “I know names are being withheld,” he said, emphasizing sealed materials include FBI reports and interviews with alleged victims naming prominent people (redacted).
Dershowitz defended his own Epstein representation, denied wrongdoing, and criticized selective releases as “guilt by association.” He discussed Trump’s mentions in the emails (no misconduct alleged) and contradictions in Virginia Giuffre’s testimony, while calling for Maxwell’s immunity to testify.
