Knopf), Maxwell woke her that morning in London, declaring, “Just like Cinderella, you’re going to meet a handsome prince!” referring to Prince Andrew (The Guardian, October 16, 2025). This promise, delivered with Maxwell’s polished charm, masked a sinister intent to traffic Giuffre to Andrew, then 41, at Maxwell’s Belgravia townhouse (BBC, October 20, 2025).
Giuffre, recruited by Maxwell at 16 from Mar-a-Lago, describes the day spent shopping for outfits, settling on a sparkly mini-T-shirt and embroidered jeans inspired by Britney Spears. After dining and visiting Tramp nightclub, where Andrew “sweated profusely” and danced awkwardly, Maxwell instructed Giuffre in the car to “do for him what you do for Jeffrey” (The Guardian, October 16, 2025).
