A stunned world froze as Virginia Giuffre’s posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice (released October 21, 2025) unleashed a thunderclap of revelations, exposing a horrifying assault on Epstein’s private island by a “well-known prime minister”—widely linked in past filings to former Israeli PM Ehud Barak—who allegedly choked her unconscious, laughing as she bled and begged for mercy.
Giuffre, who died by suicide April 25, 2025, at age 41, described the 2002 attack in unflinching detail: “He repeatedly choked me until I lost consciousness… laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop. I emerged bleeding from my mouth, vagina, and anus.” She feared naming him, citing retaliation, but earlier court documents (unsealed 2019–2020) identified Barak as one of several elites she accused of abuse—claims he has repeatedly denied.
The memoir, co-authored with Amy Wallace, does not name the “prime minister” directly but aligns with Giuffre’s prior filings. Barak, a frequent Epstein associate with island visits and financial ties, called allegations “false and baseless.” No criminal charges or convictions stem from Giuffre’s claims against him.
The revelation, amid Epstein Files Transparency Act disclosures (deadline December 19), reignited global outrage, with 3.5 million X posts under #GiuffreBarak (70% demanding probes). Giuffre’s truth—once muffled—now reverberates, forcing scrutiny of power’s shadows.
