A stunned world froze as leaked emails from Jeffrey Epstein’s private Yahoo account—unsealed in late 2025—exposed his iron grip on billionaire Les Wexner’s pro-Israel philanthropic empire, with staff repeatedly pleading “Please ask Jeffrey” before approving multimillion-dollar donations.

The emails, spanning 2005–2008 and reported by Drop Site News (December 9, 2025), contradict the Wexner Foundation’s 2020 “independent review” claiming Epstein had no role in finances post-2007 resignation as trustee. Financial controller Peg Ugland routinely emailed Epstein’s lawyer Darren Indyke with Wexner entity balances—charitable trusts, personal accounts—adding: “Please ask Jeffrey if I can transfer.” Epstein approved tens of millions in moves, including non-philanthropic transactions, even after his 2008 conviction.
The Wexner Foundation, a major U.S. donor to pro-Israel causes (college Hillels, Birthright trips, Harvard fellowships), funneled funds Epstein influenced—contradicting claims he “did not make decisions regarding the use of Foundation’s funds.” Epstein’s control extended to politically sensitive grants, blurring personal and charitable lines.
Wexner severed ties in 2007 amid Epstein’s scandals, later calling him “manipulative.” No wrongdoing alleged in philanthropy management, but the “Please ask Jeffrey” refrain—raw gatekeeping—ignited fury: Epstein, convicted predator, wielding influence over elite causes long after exposure.
Amid Epstein Files Transparency Act disclosures (completed December 19, 2025—no bombshells), the emails—transactional, unflinching—ensured Epstein’s shadow lingered: philanthropy tainted, power’s grip exposed.
