Instead, JPMorgan records presented in Maxwell’s 2021 trial showed Epstein transferred $30.7 million to her accounts from 1999–2007, including a $7.4 million sum in June 2007 used to buy a helicopter under “Air Ghislaine Inc.” These funds, prosecutors argued, supported Maxwell’s lifestyle and role in Epstein’s trafficking.
